Membership News--Dues are due: Dues for 2007 are now payable ($35 a year for ABQ-only membership, or $10 a year if you are an NFPW and NMPW member). Those who have not renewed may pay at the door with your February luncheon check, or you will be charged the nonmember price for the meeting. If you are not able to attend the luncheon, please mail your renewal dues (make the check out to APW) to our Treasurer, Doug Swift, 2901 Wisconsin NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. (And a big thanks to Doug for taking on this task and for being so expert at managing and reporting our finances!)
Heads Up. The Daily LOBO is planning a Web presence for its former staffers/alumni. It is an effort to collect as many names & contact information as possible and is for the purpose of supporting student journalists at the UNM student paper—to provide networking and journalism support, not financial support.
